Healthy Temple Eating Healthy (Start Date TBA)

Let's check in with each other over a healthy lunch. We'll grab our lunch and sit together at the Temple Foodies table for a time of check-in, motivation and inspiration. It's not only about losing weight but getting healthy. Even if you don't have weight to lose you may want to challenge yourself to eat a more healthy, balanced diet. This is the place for you! We are all in this one together!

Tai Chi

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Class is Mondays 9:30 -10:30am
