Seek Only

Beloved, enter the pilgrimage          of stillness.

Seek only          what cannot be taken from you.

Release          what is already not yours.  

Hold on          to what will not let you go.

Give yourself          where there is no return.

Vanish continually          to behold what eternally appears.

Die          and become who you already are.
