1 C. Frozen Blueberries
2 Tbls Almond Butter
2 Tbls Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbls Chia Seeds
2 Tbls Hemp Seeds
4 Walnuts
3 Brazil Nuts (I left these out because I couldn't find any)
1 Lg Banana
1 Tbls Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 C Unsweetened Amond Milk
1 C Water
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on igh speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach a thick but drinkable consistency. Serve cold.
